8. Tax Exemption Policy

Arbitration Agreement
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration following the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitrations are based in Los Angeles, California.

Jury Trial Waiver
You waive your right to a jury trial for any disputes related to Nature of Art®.
